Colliers International, Canada’s leading commercial real estate brokerage, has entered into the Niagara market as the former DTZ Canada office establishes this powerful rebrand. Colliers will operate two branches out of Niagara Falls and St. Catharines with a team of 30 Niagara based real estate professionals.
Colliers Niagara will provide full-service commercial real estate services including appraisal and valuation, commercial brokerage, property management and property maintenance. The new Colliers Niagara team represents a depth of experience in the Niagara market that encompasses over 30 years of commercial real estate activity.
