Retail Nodes: North end St. Catharines Part 1

Owen Hughes

The north end is home to the largest population of St. Catharines residents and is a highly suburban community. The retail nodes within the north end are defined by plazas and the heavily developed Fairview Mall/Lake Street area.

The north end is roughly defined as north of the QEW beginning at Ontario Street. Areas within the north end such as Facer and south of Welland Avenue are not considered to be north end communities, instead more central within the city boundaries.
